Definition

Withdrawal applies to students who intend to voluntarily withdraw from classes.

Application Procedure

Students must obtain and complete the application form for withdrawal from the administration office of the affiliated department at the affiliated college, get seals from the guarantor, and submit the document to the administration office of the affiliated department.

Tuition Refund

• When the rationale for the tuition refund occurs before March 1 (September 1): any tuition fees paid for that semester shall be returned.
• When the rationale for the tuition refund occurs between March 1 and March 31 (September 1 and September 30): five-sixths of the lecture fees shall be refunded.
• When the rationale for the tuition refund occurs between April 1 and April 30 (October 1 and October 31): two-thirds of the lecture fees shall be refunded
• When the rationale for the tuition refund occurs between May 1 and May 31 (November 1 and November 30): half of the lecture fees shall be refunded.
• Tuition fees are not refunded when the rationale for the refund occurs after June 1 (December 1).
